  3. Assistance in conducting the final tax audit;
  4. Preparation of the liquidation balance sheet;
  5. Deletion of the stamp, cash register and bank accounts;
  6. Obtaining the official decision to liquidate the LLC.

Note: In the case of companies that do not have complete accounting records or have not submitted financial reports, additional services may be required such as re-establishing accounting and submitting accounting reports. These services are priced separately. The rates apply depending on the complexity of the file.
